I’ve loved my stay in this apartment, but have an opportunity to move in with a friend. So I’m seeking someone to sign on to my lease and enjoy the space furnished from around Oct 1, 2025 – end of March/early April 2026.

$2,200/month includes rent, use of furnishings, apartment and building utilities including fast and reliable internet, and parking for one vehicle. If you have a pet you’re able to add a pet to the lease for the standard CO deposit and pet rent.

The Unit

My favorite thing about the space is how bright! The south facing unit is on the third floor. It’s got all the storage and appliances you could need.

The Complex

My building just opened in Dec, 2024, so these common spaces are new, and I’ve enjoyed them a ton.

The Neighborhood

I live immediately behind the Baker Movement gym, so a great option for climbers. I love the Baker neighborhood — the place is esp close to Town Hall Collaborative. I once timed myself on a cappuccino run and made it there and back to my desk in my apt with a perfect cap in TEN MINUTES!
